Nicole Curtis, host of HGTV's Rehab Addict, added a green roof and accented the roof by painting the siding with a fresh coat of white paint to her 4th Street project in north Minneapolis. She also built a white picket fence to replace the broken chain link fence to which Nicole’s tip is that a chain link fence should never be used on the front of a house. As a finishing touch, Nicole adds an American flag which she does to all her rehab properties.
